Wood'n'Wedge Bar
Many parties at Deanwood take place in The Wood'n'Wedge Bar in the main clubhouse. The 1350 sq ft room is ideal for parties up to numbers around 80/100 depending on the layout.
It has the main bar, a dance floor area and the patio area should the weather be conducive. Light modern decor with a variety of seating and table options it has hosted many celebrations over recent years.
Hire cost for a party is £180.00 including VAT. We offer a full catering service and therefore do not allow third party catering at our venue.
Deanwood Function Room & Weddings
This highly versatile 2050 sq ft room can transform to suit weddings, parties, seminars, business meetings, fitness classes and even regular baby classes. The room can seat 150 guests for dinner and with the mobile bar and movable walls the configuration can match any size of event. Designed using fresh neutral colours the room can easily follow a wedding theme or be tastefully toned for a more serious occasion. All sections of the room are air conditioned and there is an outside area which can be set up for arrival drinks or an evening BBQ.
Hire cost for a party is £250.00 including VAT.
Room hire for a wedding is £450.00 including VAT.

Meeting Room Hire
A single section of the Function Room for a meeting is 20 ft x 40 ft (800 sq ft), has natural light, air conditioning, wifi and will come with a screen, flip chart and water as standard. Other services such as projector and catering are all available.
